Who do I call for service on an outdoor Roper gas grill?

My husband & I bought a house that has a Roper natural gas grill installed in the cement pad out back. We noticed that the grill is missing a few parts, and I would like to have someone check out the grill and see if there is even a natural gas line running to the grill. If there is a line, I’d like the line capped off so that we can use the grill as a charcoal grill. I’ve searched for “Roper” grills online, and apparently it’s a company that went out of business long ago, so I don’t know who to contact to take a look at the grill and see what it would take to get working or how to get parts, so I just want the gas line capped (if it isn’t already). What kind of contractor or service person would I call for this sort of thing?
