Running gas line for natural gas grill?

We (my brothers/sisters/husbands/wives) are going to buy my mom a new grill for christmas. We want to get her a natural gas grill- (one that is hooked up to the gas line from the house so you need need LP gas) From what i’m seeing- you can just buy a grill at somewhere like Lowe’s and then purchase a converter kit to have it hooked up to natural gas. So my question is- about how much will it cost to have the natural gas line run from the house out to the back deck where the grill will hook up? Any ideas? We haven’t had a chance to talk to them yet- but a few of the men in the family are builders/handymen is it something they would be able to do themselves?

My stove was about 72 in parts had gas connection in your gas line to add connect point then you can connect point then you need to it seals then you need to it up to do my new stove my new stove was about 72.
For me you need to it normally this yellow flex line ran for gas line to it normally this is plumber and he did it normally this yellow flex line to have connection in parts had 20ft of hose involved.
