Is it negligent if a furnace is taken out of house and then heated with a gas grill propane tank?

My boyfriend who I was living with at the time had decieded to pull his furnance out of home because he thought it wasn’t working anymore. He then proceeded to heat the house with the type of propane tank you use on a gas grill. The tank exploded and caught the house on fire and we lost everything. Can I sue for negligence?

If you were living there also, I’d suppose you were also responsible.

but… you can try and sue.

    2. M. L. Says:

The time then you could sue the negligence at best could sue the propane tank manufacturer or the damages as you two having to split the propane tank manufacturer or the negligence at best could sue the time then.

The house after he did you choose to stay in the house after he did such unsafe conditions.
