		<description>Remove all gas associated parts. You need to block all the air holes in the bottom of the grill. I used a piece of sheet metal and bent it to fit. I put some clean sand on top of the sheet metal to hold it in place. After a few uses it will keep it's shape by itself. Home Depot has small sheets that you can trim to fit and it's easy to shape. I love it. Food tastes better, and no flair up's</description>
