Like a metal tub of some sort? Or if you know what kind of bird it is, maybe a real bird house? Then move your grill away, put a cover on it and cover any open spaces the bird could get into. but you should hurry before it moves in and lays eggs and you are stuck with a bird house and no grill!!!
