Has anyone ever seen a gas grill at a pawn shop?

My hubby and I are having a discussion. He leaves his stainless steel gas grill outside on the patio and I told him he needs to lock it up in the shed when we arent using it. He said that we dont have room since the lawn mower and things for the yard were in the shed. I told him I would rather have the grill in the shed than the mower. He said people are more likely to steal a mower and pawn it and not likley to pawn a grill. I was just wondering if anyone has ever seen a grill at a pawn shop before? Pretty silly…but proving a point that the grill is more expensive and therefore more valuable to lock up.

Well, I live in MT and yes, I’ve seen grills outside for sale in front of pawn shops.
I don’t think the value matters. If someone wants to steal something and pawn it, they’ll take whatever is left outside, whether it’s a grill or a lawn mower.

My husband works part time at pawn shop and maybe chain them up to fence or something strong.
