		<description>You can use the gas grill with wood chips. You don't have to disconnect the gas. Just start the grill as you normally would, with the self starting ignition switch (the button you press to start the grill). =)

You have to soak some of the wood chips in water. Then put one part wet and two parts dry in some aluminum foil, poke holes in it and put it on the grill. The smoke from the woodchips will infuse the meat with whatever flavor wood chips you're using. For example hickory, cherry, mesquite, apple, etc.... 

You can also get the woodchips presoaked.</description>
