Has anyone ever opened their gas grill and found mold growing on the grates and in grill? What did u do?

I just uncovered our grill and this is what happened. (covered in winter) Turned the grill on and it is on now - hopefully it will burn off? Is there a specific cleaning solution for this? I googled it but found nothing… any advice would be appreciated!
