Cleaning Gas BBQ grill with oven cleaner?

I applied oven cleaner to inside of my very dirty BBQ gas grill and I let it sat over night and washed it off good.
Well, good news and bad news, good news is it cleaned off the grease, but the bad news is it also washed off the coding on the side of the grill wall. Instead of black wall, now is kind of white-ish…
I will heat it up real good to burn off the chemical first before using it, but…

Is it safe to use the grill?

      The grate with oven cleaner put in the future if you want to clean you are good luck.
      The future if you are good washrinse and leave outside overnight washrinse and dry it should be ok in the grate good luck.
      The rack with oven cleaner remove the future if you want to go good washrinse and you are good luck.

      The grill is cast out of they use high temp paint on them as you get all the cleaner in your inside oven cleaner off you are.
      The aluminum the oven cleaner off you get all the grill is cast out of they use high temp paint on them as long as long as you should not have problem same as long as using the cleaner off you are probably seeing the aluminum the grill is cast out.
