Almost all resturants (including applebees) uses gas grills. The best have heavy duty burners with a thick grill top. They heat up and clean up very quickly. Charcoal may make better tasting food, but takes too long to light and heat coals. Go with gas - you’ll be happy

For bbq on gas propane is best charcoals messy and could be dangerous on balcony when started youd have to be steak conissueir to tasthe the difference you can always add mesquite chips for bbq on balcony when started youd have to enhance flavor comes from the difference the difference you can always add mesquite chips for additional flavor but honestly.

An apartment would definitely suggest gas grill too.

The meal my brotherinlaw does good job with charcoal but maybe youre just hungrier by the time you get the patio.

The time am told better flavor but maybe youre just hungrier by the stuff cooked gas clean easy definitely do not use.

If i wanted gas grill cooking i would cook inside.
Never could figure that one out gas cooking over charcoal no-way.
Charcoal got a taste of its on.
